We approached Chris to have our retractable pleated flyscreen door repaired or replaced in our Motorhome. After some searching and a lot of “we can’t do it” from a lot of companies Chris decided he would attempt to repair it. After a week or so Hayley rang me to say Chris had repaired it with new mesh and cord. Chris you’re a godsend, you never once said this is too difficult to do. The entire process was seamless.
They arrived on time for the measure and quote and even half hour early for the actual install.

I don’t usually write reviews but after the service I received today I was compelled to share my experience. After installing the fry screen doors 4 months ago, I needed to remove the door screen in order install new flooring. I rang then in desperation in order to avoid delays and $$$ in the renovation.
Believe it or not they came same day unbelievable!! And promised to reinstall days later. Keep up the great customer service Ultrascreen.

What a fantastic company! I have a motorhome and the custom made retractable, pleated flyscreen required repair. After a lot of calls to companies not interested Ultrascreen took on the challenge and had the screen out, repaired including re cording the pleat and reinstalled in 2 hours and 30 minutes. I was a unique customer doing things differently managing my chippy and conducting my own recessed install of my pleated retractable Ultrascreen. I had unique requirements which required a significant amount of support and guidance by Lachy and Ultrascreen on the Frame/Doorjamb prep and install steps, including split order manufacturing and supply (months in-between due to my own delays during construction). Ultrascreen were extremely patient with my progress and supported me the entire way – as a result I now have a fantastic fully recessed screen into my front door jamb, hidden away nicely out of view so we can admire the Solid Hardwood front door, then in summer can open the door and pull the screen across for huge airflow. Extremely happy with the end product, support and price. These guys were half the price of the next product I considered, but by no means half the quality. It’s all serviceable and replaceable by me which is great incase the kids/dog wreck it or whatever. Highly recommend especially if you’re doing your own renos and are handy on the tools. Darryn and Andrea installed screens on two double width doors for us in Brisbane. After initial contact was made, service was quick and without issue. The screens let plenty of air flow through the house, and are easy to see through, so we don’t feel our view has been compromised. The screen folds to the right side of the opening, and is almost hidden behind the frame of the door, therefore barely noticeable when the doors are closed and the screen isn’t in use. The quality of the product is high and we have no hesitation in recommending it or these providers to others.

I had Andrea and Darryn install retractable fly screens to my house on the Gold Coast about 6 months ago. I have large glass stacker doors and I didn’t want to ruin that, so these screens have been the perfect solution. I love them so much and everyone who comes over comments on how good they look. They did such a great install job too and such nice people to work with, I’d recommend them 100%.

Ultra screens are awesome! We have the retractable sliding screens on the doors that open to our deck and they slide open and closed easily and dogs running through them doesn’t break them! Andrea and darryn are totally lovely to deal with, providing terrific customer service!

I love this door and so does my dog ! I engaged this company’s services recently to install a fly wire door for the summer. Installation went smoothly, and I was most impressed by the friendly and informative nature of the staff who are happy to talk me through installation process. But soon after they left Lucy, my dog, decided she wanted to try out the door without opening it and plunged through it! I was initially shocked, and then surprised and pleased to realize that the doors design meant that the fly wire screen easily popped back into its original shape with simply opening and closing the door a few times. Sure gets a stamp of approval from me, and Lucy!?!
